Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run your account and your orders:

• Account information — your name, username, email address and/or mobile number, and your password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, so nobody (including our team) can read them.
• Order information — the services you choose, the public links you submit (profile, post, video or channel URLs), quantities, charges and order status.
• Transaction references — the amounts you add and the Transaction ID / UTR you enter, so we can verify your payment. We do not receive your card or bank account details.
• Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and basic logs that help keep the site secure and working.

• To create and manage your account and keep you logged in.
• To process your orders and show you their status.
• To verify payment requests and keep an accurate wallet history.
• To send service messages, such as password reset emails.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate or fake payment requests.
• To understand how the website is used and make it better.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in securely and to protect forms from misuse. These are required for the site to work. If you block them in your browser, you won't be able to log in.

We may use analytics tools to understand general usage, such as which pages are visited and which devices are used. We look at this information in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify you personally.

We rely on a few trusted partners to run SMM CROOT: hosting and infrastructure providers, an email delivery provider, the UPI or payment apps you choose to pay with (for example Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm), and service fulfilment partners who receive only the public link and order details needed to deliver your order.

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted admin access. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password private and log out on shared devices.

We keep account, order and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.

• You can view and update your profile details at any time from the Profile page.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
• You can ask us how your information is used.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
