You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password private. Activity on your account is treated as yours, so let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it. You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

Use SMM CROOT only for lawful purposes and only for profiles, pages, channels or content that you own or are allowed to promote. Submit only public links. Never share passwords with us — we don't need them.

• Each order shows its price per 1,000 and the total charge before you submit. The final charge is calculated by our server from the current service price.
• Make sure your link is correct and public. Orders placed with a wrong, private or deleted link may not be deliverable.
• Processing times, speeds and start times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Do not place a second order for the same link and service while one is still running.

Your wallet balance can be used only to place orders on SMM CROOT. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account, except where required by law. Every credit, order charge and refund is recorded in your wallet history.

Funds are added by paying through UPI and submitting the amount and Transaction ID / UTR. Your balance is updated when you submit. We check payments afterwards, and amounts added with incorrect, duplicate, fake or unverifiable details are reversed from your wallet. Orders that are not completed within the time shown on the order page are cancelled automatically and the full amount is returned to your wallet.

If an order is cancelled, the recorded charge is returned to your wallet. You can request a refund for other orders from the order details; approved refunds, full or partial, are credited to your wallet rather than to a bank account.

Services, prices and limits can change or be paused at any time, for example when a provider is unavailable. We may also pause the website for maintenance. We'll try to keep disruption short.

• Submitting fake, reused or someone else's payment references.
• Ordering for illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful content.
• Trying to break, overload or bypass the security of the website.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse referral rewards.

YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and other social media platforms operate independently of SMM CROOT. They have their own rules and can change them, limit features or remove engagement at any time. You are responsible for following their terms when using our services.

We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these terms, shows signs of fraud or abuse, or puts other users at risk. If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact us.

SMM CROOT is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for actions taken by third-party platforms, or for results such as reach, income or account outcomes. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
